Key Responsibilities 

• Manufacture, repair, and maintain press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce production downtime.
• Operate lathe, milling, grinding, EDM, and wire-cut machines.
• Read engineering drawings and produce precision components.
• Conduct die trials and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot die-related issues and ensure smooth production.
• Maintain tool room records, inventory, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with production and design teams for tooling requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized tool room.
