About Job Role : A Power Press Operator is responsible for operating power press machines to manufacture sheet metal components by performing operations such as cutting, punching, bending, and forming. The role involves setting up dies, handling raw materials, inspecting finished components for quality, and ensuring production targets are met while following safety standards and company procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate power press machines for cutting, punching, and forming sheet metal components.
• Load and unload CRCA/GI sheet metal safely and efficiently.
• Set up dies and tools on the machine as per production requirements.
• Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain daily production records and report output to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines while operating the machine.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets with minimum material wastage.
