Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hydraulic press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components in accordance with engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and align bending tools, dies, punches, and back gauges to meet production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine bend angles, dimensions, tolerances, and bending sequences.
• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform machine setup, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to ensure efficient machine operation.
• Monitor production processes and maintain consistent product quality while minimizing material wastage.
• Maintain accurate production records and report daily output, downtime, and quality issues to the Shift Supervisor.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to achieve daily production targets and delivery schedules.
