Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faulty Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs), including camera boards, DVR/NVR boards, power modules, and related electronic assemblies, using diagnostic equipment, circuit schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair, including precision soldering and desoldering of SMD and through-hole components using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and other specialized tools.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of repaired PCBAs using multimeters, DC power supplies, oscilloscopes (where applicable), and functional test fixtures to ensure performance, reliability, and quality before dispatch.
• Replace defective electronic components while ensuring adherence to quality standards and repair procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, testing results, and component replacements.
