Key Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, or service defective components to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
• Configure, install, and test surveillance devices, including basic system settings and functionality, prior to dispatch or following repair.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and functional testing to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, testing results, and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, technical specifications, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the technical support, service, and quality assurance teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
• Report recurring defects, quality concerns, or technical issues to the supervisor for corrective action.
