Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Learn and apply sales techniques while supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
• Develop strong product knowledge, including product features, pricing, making charges, and stone charges.
• Demonstrate products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Prepare product estimates, process billing, and complete sales transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and repair-related queries in line with company policies.
• Achieve assigned category-wise sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Support Sales Executives and Store Managers in day-to-day sales and operational activities.
• Follow company policies, maintain punctuality, and adhere to the organization's code of conduct.
• Stay updated on new products, market trends, and sales practices to continuously improve performance.
