Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the dark store during the assigned shift.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse associates, pickers, packers, and delivery support staff.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock movements.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and operational KPIs throughout the shift.
• Allocate tasks to team members and monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily shift reports and hand over operational updates to the next shift.
• Support training and development of new team members.
