• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update Excel records for cash disbursements and financial transactions.
• Generate and send outstanding account statements to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection and resolve payment-related queries.
• Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure all invoices are accurately recorded and accounted for across every job.
