Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, SPM, Grinding, and Broaching machines.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, production planning, and shop floor operations.
• Experience in handling 25+ direct and indirect manpower.
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily production activities to achieve shift-wise production targets.
• Monitor operations of CNC, VMC, SPM, Grinding, and Broaching machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Approve first-off components and ensure compliance with engineering drawings, process specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments to maintain product quality.
• Oversee machine setup, tooling, offsets, tool life management, and process optimization.
• Troubleshoot machine-related issues, including CNC programs, G-codes, M-codes, and machining processes, to minimize downtime.
• Lead, train, and supervise production operators while effectively managing shift manpower and workflow.
• Ensure adherence to TPM, 5S, safety standards, and company policies across the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams to resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.
