Job Summary :

The role offers structured industry training and hands-on experience in mechatronic systems, automation, robotics, electromechanical integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance for Defence, Aerospace, Homeland Security, and Strategic Electronics applications.


Eligibility

  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Basic knowledge of mechatronic systems, industrial automation, sensors, actuators, PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical drawings, troubleshooting, and testing techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, industrial automation, robotics, and motion control systems.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Embedded C, Arduino, STM32, or similar development platforms is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, industrial communication protocols, and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and quality management practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assembly, integration, testing, and validation of electromechanical systems.
  • Support automation, robotics, and motion control systems used in manufacturing operations.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of mechatronic equipment.
  • Interface sensors, actuators, motors, PLCs, and control systems for system integration.
  • Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and technical drawings.
  • Assist in quality inspections and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and maintenance records.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support manufacturing and project execution.
