Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct in-line quality inspections during garment production to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Identify defects in stitching, measurements, workmanship, fabric, and trims, and ensure timely corrective action.
• Monitor sewing operations to prevent defects and minimize rework and rejection.
• Verify the first-piece approval before bulk production and ensure adherence throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors, Sewing Operators, and the Quality team to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with approved samples, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain records of quality inspections, defects, alterations, and corrective actions.
