About the Role : As a Sales Officer, you will be a part of Axis Bank's frontline sales team responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the Bank's liability products along with selected third-party financial products. The role involves extensive field engagement, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach
- Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through field sales and business development activities.
- Promote and sell Axis Bank liability products and approved third-party products.
- Conduct local marketing campaigns and customer acquisition drives.
- Meet prospective customers through regular field visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the Bank's CRM system.
- Complete mandatory certifications such as AMFI, EUIN, and other learning programs as required.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines.
