ICICI Bank – Relationship Management & Sales Associate Program
About the Program : Kick-start your banking career with direct employment at ICICI Bank through a structured learning and development program conducted in association with NIIT. Selected candidates will receive professional training, followed by placement at an ICICI Bank branch upon successful completion of the program.
Eligibility Criteria
Aged 19–25 years (or below) as on the date of application.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in Graduation.
No academic gaps or breaks in education.
Post-graduation work experience should be less than 12 months.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Open to relocation within the state, based on business requirements.
Applicants should not have an immediate relative employed with ICICI Bank.
Selection & Deployment Process
The recruitment process is conducted in a structured and transparent manner.
Step 1: Candidate Registration
Eligible candidates may:
Participate in the campus recruitment drive conducted through the Employment Exchange, or
Be referred to NIIT for further coordination.
Step 2: Assessment & Interviews
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo:
Aptitude Assessment (Online/Offline)
Personal Interview with the NIIT Selection Panel
Final Interview with ICICI Bank Officials
Step 3: Provisional Offer
- Candidates who successfully clear all assessment stages will receive a Provisional Offer Letter from ICICI Bank.
Step 4: Residential Training
- Selected candidates will attend a 15-day Residential Training Program at an approved NIIT campus.

Step 5: Final Appointment
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers by promoting ICICI Bank's products and services.
- Identify customer needs through effective probing and relationship-building techniques.
- Recommend suitable banking solutions based on customer requirements.
- Promote digital banking channels and encourage customer adoption.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling of banking and third-party financial products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Address customer queries and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
- Perform branch sales and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain complete adherence to regulatory guidelines, banking standards, and ethical practices.
- Communicate confidently with customers through branch interactions, phone calls, and field visits.
- Demonstrate professionalism, business communication, grooming, and customer-centric behavior.
