Compensation & Benefits:

• Net Take-Home Salary (NTH): ₹15,000 per month
• Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per month
• Attendance Incentive: ₹1,000 per month
• Leave Encashment: As per company policy
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹120 per night
   

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately from warehouse shelves according to pick lists or order sheets.
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
• Verify product quantity, quality, and specifications before packing.
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and meet daily productivity targets.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing inventory.
