Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain Solar LED Lighting Systems and Solar PV Panels at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and system-level faults to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar lighting and photovoltaic systems.
• Conduct on-site testing, inspections, repairs, and system commissioning in accordance with technical specifications.
• Ensure proper installation quality, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify and replace faulty components, wiring, controllers, batteries, and related equipment as required.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation after each site visit.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to resolve complex field issues.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support installation, maintenance, and after-sales service.
