Job Summary :

  • Perform TIG, MIG, and ARC welding as per engineering drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
  • Weld structural steel, stainless steel, and fabricated components with high precision.
  • Interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.
  • Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and edge preparation before welding.
  • Carry out tack welding and final welding while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
  • Inspect weld joints for quality and rectify defects when required.
  • Operate welding machines and related fabrication equipment safely.
  • Ensure compliance with welding quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Maintain welding equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
  • Follow PPE requirements and maintain workplace housekeeping.
