Job Description

Operate CNC Laser Cutting and Water Jet Cutting machines efficiently and safely.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, cutting layouts, and CNC programs.
Set up machines by loading materials, selecting tools/nozzles, and adjusting machine parameters.
Perform precision cutting of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other engineering materials.
Monitor machine performance and ensure dimensional accuracy throughout production.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
Optimize material utilization to minimize scrap and improve productivity.
Maintain production records and report machine issues to the supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards.
