Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented candidates to join our Food & Beverage Service team. As an F&B Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences to guests through professional, courteous, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a comfortable dining experience

• Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve meals and beverages as per service standards

• Assist in setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness

• Clear tables and ensure guest satisfaction

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

• Support smooth restaurant operations through teamwork

Eligibility

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Candidates with a passion for hospitality and customer service are encouraged to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
