🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform fiber-optic cable splicing using fusion splicing machines.
• Conduct OTDR testing, power meter testing, and fault identification.
• Interpret fiber network diagrams, splice plans, and route maps.
• Ensure proper joint closures and termination of fiber-optic cables.
• Troubleshoot and repair network issues in both underground and aerial fiber networks.
• Maintain accurate records of splicing, testing, and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
