Monthly Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 (Gross)
Incentive: 10% incentive on the total sales bookings generated by Sales Executives in the team who are eligible for incentive program.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 Sales Executives.
•  Drive team performance and ensure sales target achievement.
•  Monitor daily sales activities and provide coaching & feedback.
•  Support customer acquisition and resolve customer queries.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with management.
