  • Ensure high network availability and maintain network uptime of up to 99.99%.
  • Deliver high-quality network services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reduce repair and maintenance costs by minimizing network hardware failures.
  • Monitor and reduce SDH faults, degradation TTs, and NS TTs through timely corrective actions.
  • Manage network spares and ensure repair and replacement (R&R) of spares within the defined TAT.
  • Ensure timely implementation and closure of work orders and RA activities.
  • Analyze CMO-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring faults.
