💰 Salary: ₹30,000 CTC per month

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day In-Plant HR operations and employee support.
• Handle attendance management and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support the payroll processing and salary-related activities.
• Coordinate and follow up on ESI & PF challans and related compliance activities.
• Provide support for recruitment and manpower requirements.
• Manage the ID card generation process for employees.
• Handle employee joining formalities and exit formalities.
• Monitor and verify employee in-time and out-time for effective time management.
• Maintain proper HR documentation and provide general HR support to employees.
