Optical Fiber Splicer Hiring

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Optical Fiber Splicers to install, repair, and maintain optical fiber cable networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable, high-speed telecommunications and internet connectivity by performing precision fiber splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain optical fiber cables for telecommunications and broadband networks.
Perform fusion splicing by preparing fiber cables and using core alignment fusion splicers to create low-loss, high-quality fiber connections.
Conduct network testing using OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) and other diagnostic equipment to verify signal quality, measure attenuation, and identify cable faults.
Troubleshoot and resolve fiber optic network issues to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.
Ensure proper cable termination and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiber optic infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records of installation, testing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
