Job Summary: STCS is hiring Field Maintenance Engineer to support network installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. The role involves monitoring network performance, ensuring service availability, and supporting telecom infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain telecom network infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
• Communicate and coordinate service-impact notifications related to network installation and maintenance activities.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot telecom network equipment and connectivity issues.
• Support network technologies, including TCP/IP, DWDM, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP4, and STP.
• Perform installation, replacement, and configuration of telecom infrastructure such as GBT, GBM, Monopole, RTP, and RTT.
• Monitor network performance and identify, analyze, and resolve faults to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with field engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and service reports.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards during all network operations.
• Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous operational support and ensure network reliability.
