Job Purpose : The Tree Maker is responsible for assembling wax jewellery models onto a central wax stem (tree) in preparation for investment casting. The role ensures proper positioning, spacing, and attachment of wax patterns to achieve maximum metal flow, minimize casting defects, and optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wax jewellery components (rings, pendants, earrings, bangles, bracelets, etc.) onto wax trees.
• Select appropriate wax stem size based on product weight and design.
• Attach wax models securely using a wax pen or heated tools.
• Maintain correct spacing and orientation of wax models.
• Ensure proper metal flow channels (gates and runners) are created.
• Check wax models for defects before tree assembly.
• Maintain balance of weight on the tree to ensure successful casting.
• Follow production plans and daily targets.
• Handle wax models carefully to avoid damage or deformation.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures while handling heated tools.
