Job Summary : The Wax Injector Operator is responsible for producing accurate and defect-free wax patterns by operating wax injection machines. The operator prepares moulds, sets machine parameters, injects molten wax into rubber or silicone moulds, and ensures that the wax patterns meet quality standards before they are sent for tree making and casting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wax injection machines to produce wax models for jewellery manufacturing.
• Set and monitor machine parameters such as wax temperature, injection pressure, and injection time.
• Prepare, clean, and inspect rubber or silicone moulds before use.
• Inject molten wax into moulds and ensure complete filling without air pockets.
• Remove wax patterns carefully to prevent breakage or deformation.
• Trim excess wax and perform minor repairs where necessary.
• Segregate defective wax patterns and report recurring quality issues.
• Maintain production records and daily output.
• Clean and maintain wax injection machines and workstations.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S).
