Key Responsibilities 

• Assemble automotive components and thermal systems, including compressors, condensers, HVAC systems, and engine cooling modules.
• Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and identify defects in components or finished products.
• Maintain daily production targets while ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.
• Follow quality control procedures and report any non-conforming products or process deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area by following 5S and workplace safety practices.
• Record production data and support inventory and material handling activities as required.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
