Compensation

• Fixed Take-Home Salary: ₹13,600/month
• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,500/month
• DBT : ₹1,500/month
• Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹1,800/month (as applicable)
   

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Pack products securely in accordance with Flipkart's quality and packaging standards.
• Scan products during inbound, outbound, and inventory operations to ensure accurate tracking.
• Sort parcels based on destination, delivery route, and distribution hub.
• Load and unload shipments while following warehouse safety procedures.
• Inspect products for damage, correct quantity, and barcode accuracy before processing.
