Job Summary: The role involves scanning FMCG products using handheld devices, order picking, inventory handling, and warehouse operations. Candidates should be physically fit, as the job involves walking for extended periods and lifting products as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan FMCG products accurately using handheld barcode scanning devices.
• Pick customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Verify product details, quantities, and barcodes before processing.
• Sort, organize, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Load, unload, and move products safely within the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock management activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and warehouse safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
   

Eligibility

• Education: SSC (10th Pass) with basic English reading skills.
• Age: 18–30 years.
• Physically fit and willing to perform walking and material handling activities.
• Note: College students and recent graduates are not eligible.

Compensation & Benefits

• Overtime: Double 
• Attendance Bonus: Up to ₹2,500/month
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,000/month
• Picker Productivity Incentive: Up to ₹1,000/month
