Job Summary : PVR INOX is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join its Food & Beverage (F&B) Service team. As an F&B Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining company service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests, inquiries, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain dining areas, counters, and service stations to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards throughout service.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and process customer payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company policies.
