Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items as per standard recipes and company guidelines.

• Support chefs in daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production and timely service.
• Operate kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and proper storage of food supplies.
