Job Summary : ITC Hotels is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join its Food & Beverage (F&B) Service team. As an F&B Service Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining company service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up dining areas, service stations, and tables before service and maintain cleanliness throughout operations.
• Clear tables, replenish service supplies, and ensure proper table setup for incoming guests.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other operational teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
