Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads through cold calling and other outreach activities.
• Promote Muthoot Finance's Digital Personal Loan products and other cross-sell offerings.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with branch officials to ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.
• Assist in collecting and verifying basic loan documentation and preliminary KYC requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers to ensure timely loan application completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
