Job Summary : The Last Mile Operations Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment. The role involves leading and supervising delivery associates, optimizing route execution, monitoring operational performance, and driving adherence to service quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations to achieve operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Delivery Associates to ensure productivity, service quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate route planning and resource allocation to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize turnaround time.
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, delivery accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scanning, loading, dispatch, and proof-of-delivery processes.
• Resolve operational issues and customer escalations promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with hub operations, fleet, customer support, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliveries.
• Maintain accurate operational records, prepare performance reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, operational policies, and housekeeping standards across the delivery hub.
• Support workforce planning, attendance management, training, and performance development of the operations team.
