Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our Rider Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely assistance to delivery partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless coordination between riders, customers, and internal teams. Your primary objective will be to deliver an exceptional support experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work efficiently across multiple applications and tools.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in BPO, Customer Support, Rider Support, or a similar customer service role will be an added advantage.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to delivery partners via voice calls.
• Resolve rider queries related to app functionality, login/access issues, payments, account-related concerns, and other operational matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and effective support to ensure high levels of rider satisfaction.
• Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex cases when required.
• Support the onboarding process for new delivery partners, including guidance on platform usage and documentation, as needed.
