We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage Service Team. As an F&B Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in setting up dining areas before service and closing duties after service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting manager.
   

Eligibility

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
