Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Tow Truck Operators during daily operations.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely movement of vehicles, trolleys, and materials.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor team performance and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and provide guidance on operational priorities.
• Train new operators on safety procedures, equipment handling, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all tow trucks are inspected before operation and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain daily operational records, attendance, and productivity reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the supervisor or manager.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.
