Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated GDA students who can work as a Care Takers / Nursing Attendants to provide in-home patient care. The role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring hygiene, comfort, and safety, and supporting basic medical needs under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care:
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting (Diaper, Bedpan)
Support mobility (walking, transferring, positioning, Exercise)
Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition
2. Medical Support:
Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature)
Assist in basic medical care as guided
Medicine reminder
Maintain hygiene and infection control
3. Home Support:
Maintain cleanliness of patient surroundings
Assist with light tasks related to patient care
Ensure patient safety and fall prevention
4. Emotional Support:
Provide companionship and comfort
Engage patients in conversation and activities
Maintain dignity and confidentiality
5. Reporting:
Report patient condition changes to family
Maintain & Record daily care records
Follow instructions from supervisors/health professionals
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Certification in GDA, HHA (preferred)
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Willing to work in shifts
Working Conditions:
Work at patient’s home
Day/Night shifts (as per requirement)
May involve physical assistance of patients
Compensation:
Salary: As per industry standards
