Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CAD, casting, stone setting, polishing, QC, and dispatch departments.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
• Monitor work orders and production status at each manufacturing stage.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure minimal rejection and rework.
• Coordinate gemstone availability with inventory and procurement teams.
• Resolve production-related issues and coordinate with supervisors and department heads.
• Ensure proper documentation of production records and job tracking.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
