• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of jewellery retail operations and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
   

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase jewellery sales.
• Manage retail showroom sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and branding activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, and production teams.
• Train and supervise the sales team to improve customer service and conversions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance analysis.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and product presentation in the showroom.
