Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Take, serve, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in buffet service, cafeteria operations, table setup, and dining area management.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and hospitality best practices.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence.
