Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the booking and delivery of consignments as per company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain booking records, invoices, delivery documents, and other operational paperwork.
• Coordinate with customers regarding shipment booking, dispatch, and delivery status.
• Assist in supervising loading and unloading activities to ensure safe handling of consignments.
• Verify shipment details and ensure accurate documentation before dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and branch personnel for smooth transportation operations.
• Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing consignments.
• Resolve customer queries related to booking and delivery operations.
• Ensure timely updating of operational data in the system.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
