• Previous experience in hospitals, hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, catering, or institutional food service will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to patients, attendants, visitors, and hospital staff with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure timely and accurate meal service while maintaining exceptional service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, pantry, and service areas in accordance with hospital and food safety standards.
• Adhere to food safety regulations, infection control protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in cafeteria operations, buffet service, food distribution, and table setup.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth daily service.
• Address customer requests and concerns promptly while delivering a positive dining experience.
