🕒 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (3rd & 4th Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
