NAPS Apprentice Trainee – Quality & Repair

Educational Qualification

Eligible candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

• ✅ 12th Pass
• ✅ ITI
• ✅ Diploma
• ✅ B.Tech

Monthly Stipend

QualificationMonthly Stipend*

12th Pass / ITI -  ₹13,500/-

Diploma         ₹16,000/-

B.Tech            ₹17,000/-

*Stipend includes DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer), subject to eligibility under the NAPS Scheme.

🕗 General Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Quality Inspection

• Conduct quality inspections of mobile devices at various stages of production and repair.
• Inspect raw materials, assembly processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Testing & Repair

• Perform functional, visual, and dimensional testing of smartphones and components.
• Diagnose faults and carry out smartphone repair and component replacement as required.

Sampling & Quality Control

• Select random product samples for detailed quality evaluation.
• Ensure products meet company specifications before dispatch.

Production Monitoring

• Monitor manufacturing and repair processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Identify deviations in production processes and report quality concerns.

Defect Identification

• Segregate and reject products or materials that fail to meet engineering drawings or quality specifications.
• Apply quality status indicators (Green, Orange, or Red) based on inspection outcomes.

Root Cause Analysis

• Analyze recurring defects and support the quality team in identifying root causes.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reduce defect rates.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate inspection records, testing reports, and quality documentation as per company standards.
