Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, put-away, replenishment, and retrieval of palletized goods.
• Transport materials to designated storage locations while ensuring optimum warehouse space utilization.
• Perform order picking, stock transfers, and material movement as per warehouse requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of reach trucks and promptly report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory handling by following warehouse procedures, documentation, and stock control processes.
• Comply with all safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements while operating material handling equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, stock verification, and warehouse audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area by following established housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Support overall warehouse productivity by operating equipment responsibly and minimizing downtime.

Eligibility

• Valid Reach Truck Operator Certification/License (Preferred).
• Prior experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and perform physically demanding tasks.
