• Age: 18 to 23 Years
• Note: Candidates from Kerala are not eligible.

• Assembly Operations
• Production Activities
• Maintenance Support

Shift Timings

• Morning Shift: 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
• Night Shift: 12:15 AM – 7:15 AM

Duty Hours: 8 Hours

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Stipend

• ITI: ₹20,000/- per month
• Diploma / Degree (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc): ₹22,000/- per month
• BE / B.Tech: ₹22,500/- per month

(Includes DBT, Attendance Bonus & NCL Allowance)

Attendance Bonus

• ₹1,500/- per month

NCL Allowance

• Holiday allowance applicable if holidays are not clubbed with leave.

Overtime

• Not Applicable

Retention Bonus

Trainees who successfully complete 12 months of training with 90% or higher attendance will receive a Retention Bonus of ₹12,000/- per annum.
