Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to safeguard the premises, inspect entry/exit points, and monitor CCTV systems and security alarms for any suspicious activity.
• Access Control: Verify employee, visitor, and vehicle credentials, regulate entry and exit, maintain visitor registers, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, medical situations, and other disturbances. Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement when required.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily occurrence reports, incident reports, visitor records, and security logs in accordance with company procedures.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce company security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identify potential risks, and take appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
• Customer & Visitor Assistance: Greet visitors professionally, provide directions, assist employees and guests, and ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard company property, equipment, and personnel by preventing unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential security threats and hazards.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with employees, visitors, and management.
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and make sound decisions during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
• Physically fit and capable of performing regular patrols and responding to security incidents.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
• High level of integrity, discipline, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
