The role is responsible for delivering an excellent dining experience by providing efficient food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Age: 18 to 35 years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required.

Working Hours

• Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Prepare and set up dining areas before service, ensuring tables and service stations are clean and well-organized.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain a pleasant dining environment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in all service areas.
• Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation, where applicable.
• Respond to guest requests and basic customer queries promptly and professionally.
