Job Location: Mitrol, Palwal, Haryana (Near MVN University)

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–30 Years

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Pass-out Year: 2021–2026

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections and report machine abnormalities.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace cleanliness.
• Record production data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the production and maintenance teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend (8 Hours): ₹17,781 per month
• Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 per month
• Total Earnings (12 Hours): Up to ₹26,037 per month (including Salary, Overtime & Allowances)
• Overtime: Up to ₹75 per hour
   

Additional Benefits

• Accommodation: Available (₹1,500–₹2,000 per month, payable by the candidate)
• Food: Available (₹650 per month, deducted from the stipend)
